3251 Old Lee Highway is undergoing a complete renovation. The image above is a rendering of the building as it will look upon completion. The building renovation is being done in stages. Completed to date are the elevators (completely new mechanical, controls and cabs) the men’s rooms floors 2 thru 5 (completely new layout, design and finishes) and the installation of a fire suppression sprinkler system.
In process and scheduled to be finished by the first of May this year are a totally new energy efficient heating, venting and air conditioning system (replaces the thru wall units that serve the perimeter offices), and the common area corridors, elevator lobbies and ladies rooms on floors 2 thru 5. Work on the Façade and First Floor Common Area (to include entrances, main lobby, vending area and first floor restrooms) to begin late summer and finish by summer 2012.
The building remains occupied ( 70% ) during the renovation process. Leasing to new Tenants is limited to summer 2012 occupancy. Please feel free contact us for any further information.
